Before joining the NJ Lenders team in Summer 2023, Vivian Cruz worked in the customer service and fashion industries before becoming a loan officer in October 2020. 

“I always give my best to whatever that I am doing,” Vivian says. “I truly care about my clients and their experience.” 

After closing $8 million in loans her first year, Vivian has continued to work hard to earn her client’s trust. “I like to really understand my client’s goals so I can provide the best guidance to them and their families,” she says. 

Vivian is bilingual and fluent in Spanish. “I like to say I’m Colombian by birth and American by choice,” she says. “I love what this country has to offer when you’re willing to work hard.”

Outside of work, Vivian is a proud wife and mother of two boys, ages 1 and 3. She loves spending time with her family, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors. She also enjoys working out and doing CrossFit.
